Lack of dining options!!! Poor room assignments could ruin your stay!!! Communication issues need to be addressed to enhance the experience!!! The absence of cocktails is a definite letdown!!! Wake-up calls from cleaning staff are intrusive!!!

The room was a mixed bag. Woke up sweating because the AC wasn’t working at first, and it took forever to get it sorted. When they finally moved us, we found dirty laundry left behind from the previous guests. Not cool at all. That said, the mountain view was nice when everything actually worked, and the room was cleaned daily—at least that's something in its favor.
